Q: How long should I take Candida Cleanse?
A: At least six weeks, but you can use it for as long as you feel necessary. Everyone’s needs will be different. Some people do a candida protocol every few months, while some find long-term usage is what they need. Others choose to address active symptoms and discontinue after symptoms have resolved.
Q: Should I change my diet while using Candida Cleanse?

Q: Will I experience detox symptoms while using this?
A: Most likely not. The herbs and ingredients we use do not force detox on the body but support the body's natural detox pathways.

Q: Will I experience die-off symptoms?
A: It is possible. Some people experience some fatigue, minor stomachaches, or diarrhea when detoxing yeast and the die-off releases from yeast.
If you feel very sick, back off or take a break for a while. You can start again, going slowly (even start at 1 drop for a couple of days, then go up to 2 little drops, and so on until you reach the recommended amount.
Remember the importance of supporting your liver and other natural pathways like the lymphatic system, during these times.

Q: Why does this product not have an added binder to pull out toxins?
A: This product doesn't force detox. The herbs gently and effectively support normal functions so the body can do what it is meant to do. They don't specifically need binders since they do not create a rushed detox situation.
If you wish to further your detox efforts or are experiencing detox symptoms, we recommend using our Activated Charcoal Capsules.
To use the Activated Charcoal Capsules as a binder, take 15 minutes after taking Candida Cleanse, Liver Love, Gut Health Oil, and/or Black Liver Oil.
Q: How do I take this? Can I mix this with juice or a smoothie?
A: All of our tinctures can be taken sublingually (under the tongue), orally, or in juice, water, smoothies, applesauce, etc. -- except for Digest-Support, which must be taken alone with as little water as possible 20 minutes before a meal.

Be sure not to let the dropper touch the mouth as this can cause contamination. When taking yourself, drop from above your mouth under your tongue. When giving to someone else, ask them to open their mouth and lean their head back so you can drop it in.
Q: There is sediment at the bottom of my tincture bottle or discoloration of the dropper; what is it?
A: Since Earthley products are made from herbs, sometimes herbal sediment isn’t completely strained. Chances are, if you notice any sediment at the bottom of the bottle or discoloration at the tip of the dropper, it’s from the herbs. As long as the product hasn’t passed the two-year shelf-life and doesn’t smell rancid, it’s still safe to use.
Q: Plants don't seem 'strong enough' to replace the remedies I'm used to. Does this really work?
A: Yes! Plants and what is provided in nature are a lot more effective than you may know! There are lots of studies about what they can do in our bodies. In the Ingredients tab, you can click on each ingredient to learn more about it and read some of the studies.

Q: Should I take all the detox products at once? What if I think that is too much?
A: All of Earthley's detox tinctures and oils can be taken together.
In general, Liver Love, Candida Cleanse, Gut Health Oil, and Black Liver Oil are there for support to help natural detoxing occur. Vaccine Detox has supporting herbs as well as herbs (primarily chlorella) that push a gentle detox on top of better natural detoxing.
If you experience symptoms of detox reactions, feel more comfortable, or think you may be sensitive to detoxing, you are welcome to use a more spaced-out process such as this:
- Start with one detox product (Liver Love is strongly encouraged here).
- Then, after a week or up to a month of consistent use, add another detox product (such as Gut Health Oil, Candida Cleanse, Black Liver Oil, or Vaccine Detox). Continue on adding another product until you find your comfortable balance.
Other tips:
- Starting at a low dose (often 1-3 little drops) and slowly increasing over time will help to reduce potential detox symptoms.
- Ideally, using for 6-8 weeks to help fully detox or if taking to help with symptoms, for a few weeks after symptoms resolve.
- These blends can be taken safely for up to 6 months before we recommend taking a break from them to be most beneficial.
- Many people after the initial detox round, do a regular routine of 6 weeks on the detox blends and 6 weeks off.
Q: When do products expire? What are the shelf life of Earthley items?

A: In order to be FDA compliant, Earthley no longer is able to put a Best By or Expiration Date on their products.
They do, however, have a Lot Number on all products, which can be found as a 7-digit number either printed on the label or a sticker placed on the container. This will tell the day the product was finished.
An example would be the lot number #2124005.
🟩 The first two numbers will indicate the year it was made.
So for the above lot, the first two numbers are 21 and so it was made in the year 2021.
🟩 The next three numbers will indicate the day of the year it was made using the Julian Calendar.
So the "240" day of the year would end up being the 12th of August.
🟩 The last two numbers will show the batch number made that day.
So "05" would be the 5th batch made that day.
🟩 This would mean that the product was finished on August 12, 2021 and was the 5th product made that day.
Shelf Life For Products:
Because Earthley's products are 100% natural with no artificial preservatives, they do expire.
The expiration dates are very loose estimates and products usually last much longer.
You can extend the shelf life by keeping your products in the refrigerator, although it is not required.
Products are safe to use past the expiration date, as long as they do not smell rancid (oil-based) or have visible mold (this is very rare unless contamination has occurred -- usually from mouth contact on the dropper).
