Q: What are these little white balls in it? How do I get rid of them?
A: These are stearic acid, a naturally-occurring fatty acid in shea and mango butters. When the lotion melts in transit or in a bathroom and cools slowly, the stearic acid separates from the other oils and hardens as these little balls. Your lotion is still fine! If you don't like the texture, you can remelt it, stir, and put it in the freezer to cool quickly
